We’re available for bookings 7 days a week. Our team answers messages on WhatsApp between 9:00am and 8:30pm.
• Sessions between 9:00pm and 12:00am have a +30% surcharge
• Sessions after midnight have a +100% surcharge
We recommend booking as early as possible. We require at least 90 minutes’ notice before the session so our team can prepare and arrive on time.
• The session may be shortened
• After 30 minutes: 50% fee applies
• After 60 minutes: Full fee applies and the session may be cancelled
• Cancellations within 10 hours: 50% charge
• Cancellations within 5 hours or no-shows: 100% charge

A 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for group sessions or new clients.
Yes. Please let us know in advance about any injuries, allergies and skin reactions to products or medical conditions that may affect your session. This helps us tailor the experience safely and effectively for you.
