We provide mobile wellness services across the island of Ibiza—at your home, villa, hotel, retreat venue or yacht. Some remote locations may carry a small travel fee.
A travel fee of €15–€20 may apply if your location is more than 40 minutes away or for short, one-hour sessions. This fee is waived for longer sessions (75+ minutes) or for group bookings.
Yes. We’re happy to provide sessions on boats or yachts. A €20 supplement applies for services on anchored vessels.
Yes, but prior approval from your hotel’s reception is required before the session can take place.

We’re available for bookings 7 days a week. Our team answers messages on WhatsApp between 9:00am and 8:30pm.

Yes:

• Sessions between 9:00pm and 12:00am have a +30% surcharge
• Sessions after midnight have a +100% surcharge

We recommend booking as early as possible. We require at least 90 minutes’ notice before the session so our team can prepare and arrive on time.

Our practitioners aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled session to set up and ensure a punctual start.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you’re late:

• The session may be shortened
• After 30 minutes: 50% fee applies
• After 60 minutes: Full fee applies and the session may be cancelled

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations within 10 hours: 50% charge
• Cancellations within 5 hours or no-shows: 100% charge
Yes, you’re welcome to request a specific gender when booking. However, unless specified, we’ll match you with the most suitable professional available based on your needs and the service requested.

Some of our most experienced and trusted therapists are male, and we always prioritise quality, presence and professionalism to ensure the best possible experience for you.

For large groups, custom retreats or new clients, we may ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
Yes! You can purchase a Sanar House gift card for any amount or specific service. It’s the perfect way to offer a meaningful experience to a loved one. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange yours.
