Coverage & Travel Fees
Our mobile services cover the entire island of Ibiza. For bookings in Formentera please contact us.
Travel surcharges may apply in the following cases:
Sanar House offers mobile wellness services across the island of Ibiza. Travel surcharges may apply in the following situations:
– Remote locations: A €15–€20 travel fee may be added for sessions located over 40 minutes away, especially for one-hour bookings. This fee is waived for sessions lasting 90 minutes or longer, or when including multiple services in the same location.
– Boat or yacht services: An additional €20 fee applies for services booked on boats anchored in roadsteads.
Hotel and Agroturism bookings: Prior approval from your hotel’s reception is mandatory for in-room or on-site treatments.
Appointments & Availability
We operate 7 days a week, with sessions available from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.
– Our WhatsApp team is online from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm to manage your requests.
– For sessions requested between 9:30 pm and 12:00 am, a +50% late-night surcharge will apply.
– Bookings after midnight incur a +100% surcharge.
– Please message us before 8:30 pm for same-night availability.
– Appointments must be made through WhatsApp.
– We require a minimum of 90 minutes’ notice before your preferred appointment time.
Group & Retreat Bookings
For group sessions or personalized retreat packages, we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. For services involving multiple professionals, please book early to guarantee availability.
Arrival & Delays
Our team will always do their best to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time to set up and begin your session on time. Please make sure someone is available to welcome them.
If the client is late, the session will begin at the scheduled time and may be shortened accordingly.
If our team is required to wait:
– After 30 minutes, a 50% waiting fee applies.
– After 60 minutes, the full session rate is charged and the session may be cancelled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
– Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the session.
– Cancellations within 10 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee.
– Cancellations within 5 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.
Please notify us as early as possible for any changes so we can accommodate others and respect our team’s time.

At Sanar House, we carefully match each booking with the most qualified professional available—based on your needs, the service requested, and timing. We understand that some clients may prefer a specific gender, particularly for massage or bodywork. However, unless otherwise specified, we prioritise the best fit in terms of skill, experience and availability.
Many of our most trusted therapists are male professionals with years of training and deep presence, offering exceptional care and sensitivity. We believe in creating inclusive, transformative experiences—where the quality of the treatment matters more than gender.
If you do have specific preferences, please let us know when booking and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
Payment & Invoicing
To confirm your booking, we may request a 50% deposit, especially for new or group bookings.
We accept PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer, Revolut.
The remaining balance is paid after the session is completed. For trusted clients or returning guests, prepayment may not be necessary.

Health Considerations
To personalize your session safely and effectively, please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities or recent injuries that may affect the treatment or service.
